AMSOIL Fuel Additives

All AMSOIL Gasoline Additives are easy to use. Simply add to your tank right before filling up to ensure an even mixture. Double check the instructions on the bottle to verify proper dose recommendations. Most passenger vehicle applications will require no more than one full bottle.

The amount of fuel additive per gallon of fuel varies between different additives. Check the bottle to know precisely how much you need. For many (not all) AMSOIL products, it's recommended that 1 oz. of additive treats 2.5 gallons of fuel.

AMSOIL recommends using AMSOIL P.I. every 4,000 miles. But I add a bottle every time I fill up my gas trucks, especially with the declining quality of fuel nowadays.

Adding fuel additives to your vehicles or equipment can help protect your machines against low quality fuel and improve performance. AMSOIL fuel additives have been rigorously tested and proven to fight corrosion, improve fuel lubricity, increase horsepower, and much more. AMSOIL Upper Cylinder Lubricant was tested and shown to deliver 18% more lubricity than Lucas and 20% more than Sea Foam. AMSOIL P.i. restored up to 14% horsepower based on third-party testing in a 2016 Chevy Silverado. And, testing AMSOIL Diesel 4-In-1 was shown to significantly improve lubricity in diesel fuels found all across the U.S., which results in improved wear protection.

AMSOIL P.I. (Performance Improver) cleans your entire fuel system and restores up to 14% horsepower in one tank of gasoline. AMSOIL Performance Improver reduces noise from carbon rap and pre-ignition, controls pre-ignition "knock" and improves fuel economy. One bottle of P.I. treats up to 30 gallons of gasoline.

AMSOIL Quickshot is a premium gas fuel additive that cleans fuel systems, addresses ethanol-related issues and stabilized fuel. Quickshot has been tested and shown to cause a 70 percent flow improvement in injectors while increasing oxidation stability by 44% compared to untreated fuel.

AMSOIL Diesel Injector Clean has been tested thoroughly in real-world applications across the US and been proven to significantly improve lubricity in diesel fuels. Diesel Injector Clean helps lubricate pumps & injectors, minimizes engine soot, separates fuel and water, extends filter life, restores lost horsepower & improves fuel economy. Most AMSOIL Fuel Additives will help clean injectors.
